This pump features solid Teflon heads combined with a Teflon-coated molded diaphragm for pumping aggressive gases without attack to the pump or contamination of the gas stream. Uniquely designed, this diaphragm pump operates free from oil with no moving seals to wear away.
Available in 3 models, the single head pumps at a maximum rate of 17.0 L/min with vacuum of 45 Torr. The more powerful twin head versions achieve a max. of 17 L and 10 Torr, or 30.0 L/min and 45.0 Torr.
